I am a self-taught artist of Arab origin, who is passionate about the design and form of Arabic calligraphy. As often said, the script “speaks to the soul”. It is only in recent years that I’ve carried this passion forward through my drawings, which include an exploration of both geometric and Islamic design. As a London based artist, I’ve taken part in many local art events since 2015, including Lambeth Open Studios, Lee Green Open Studios and the Urban Art Fair held in Brixton.
My portfolio of work includes commissioned pieces from all over the world, including the USA, as well as a range of different greeting card designs, fit for any occasion. All work is completed using the medium of pencil and ink.
