In May 2021, A.B. Kyazze’s debut novel Into the Mouth of the Lion was published by Unbound publishers. Based on her notebooks and photographs from when she worked in Angola in the early 2000’s, the book is a fast-paced mystery about a young photographer trying to find her missing sister in the final days of Angola’s civil war. It is also a love story that crosses from 1960s Lisbon to London to the highlands of Angola. So far it is gaining traction and earning good reactions from readers. A.B. Kyazze will be selling copies of her book along with photographs at Lochaber Hall as part of LGOS.
