Fabienne Pasquion
I have been drawing and painting since I was a child. My art is influenced both by the natural world, spirituality and by artists I admire, in particular, Marc Chagall and Gustav Klimt. I paint with oils and in many of my works I use gold leaf. Robins, swallows and other small creatures are depicted in the manner of byzantine icons. As a Pisces I am also a great lover of water and the sea, which I love painting. I have made numerous copies and interpretations of works by Chagall, Modigliani, Picasso, Velazquez, alongside my original work. |
